Returns

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so are more than happy to accept returns and offer refunds if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30 day return window from when the item is received. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@boundlesscompanions.co.uk If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return details. Please note you are responsible for return P&P costs.

Exclusions

We are unable to offer refunds on customised items, unless the item is received faulty or damaged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
